As governments and health agencies across the world mobilize to counter the spread of COVID-19, organizations in every industry are faced with the same concern – how can we best protect our people while maintaining stability across our operations?
At Astera Software, our leadership has worked to implement sustainable strategies that can answer this question to the full satisfaction of our employees, partners, and clients.
Our workforce has been empowered to work remotely at their respective locations around the globe. So, key functions such as customer support, development, QA, and sales will continue to operate as usual regardless of any logistical issues caused by the coronavirus.
We have put in place strict policies governing basic workplace health & safety, and business-related travel has been restricted on a needs basis, so possible risks of infection can be minimized. As an international company, we understand our responsibility to the various communities we operate in, and we aim to be fully compliant with all containment efforts in these regions.
As a result of our digitally based service model, we can fulfill client requirements in a timely and comprehensive manner via email, phone, and other virtual channels. Whether you’re looking towards a new deployment, are seeking technical assistance, or need to interface with an account manager Astera Software will continue to be a reliable partner for your business.
At Astera, we believe in open and ongoing communication with all of our stakeholders. As we monitor developments surrounding COVID-19, we will make sure to keep you abreast of any changes in our strategies moving forward.
On a personal note, I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to the individuals and families affected by COVID-19. I understand that this outbreak has been a source of uncertainty and worry in many workplaces and homes. However, I am confident that a united effort on our part can help us to overcome the worst effects of the coronavirus and return us to normalcy as quickly as possible.
